Now, I have to say, I don't like the song Parklife, it's a bit annoying. The first time I heard it, I honestly couldn't stop laughing. I stumbled across this performance whilst thinking of a Friday Thing, and I quickly realized that the guy talking was Phil Daniels! He's the guy who played Jimmy in the movie version of Quadrophenia, and that made the performance just a little better.

Lily: Haha, like I said, not a big fan of the song, I just couldn't get over that it was Phil Daniels! Parklife, as an album, was supposedly huge for Blur, but I don't like the song parklife.
Man, if it wasn't for Phil Daniels this would be a really crappy song. Nice Friday Thing! haha...

I mean, yeah I'm sure lots of people loved the album & I guess if it wasn't meant to be a good song than in a weird way they succeeded.
